If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you request cancellation after the unit has shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 8–11 business days. We ship via UPS, USPS, DHL, and 4PX within the USA only. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to a customer-provided incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
All shipments are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — taxes and duties are included in your price. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please report it within 7 days.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the unit is unused and in original condition with original packaging. Email support@oxliv.store with your order number, reason, and photo/video proof. We respond within 2–3 business days. Send the product only to the address we provide after approval.
Refund processing takes approximately 10–15 business days from approval. Email support@oxliv.store to request a refund.
Defective units are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for replacement.
